Two rooms in central Jericho

We are looking for TWO new housemates for our 5-bedroom house in central Jericho - 15 minutes walk to the centre of Oxford and 10 minutes to Oxford train station.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, neat and tidy. We are all professionals who often work from home, so we're looking for a roommate who can appreciate relatively quiet evenings. We occassionaly go for a drink together, do a pub quiz or go to the the cinema. The current 3 housemates are made up of an Oxford post-doc, a dietitian and a neurology doctor.

The available first-floor bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It shares a bathroom with two other bedrooms (there is a second bathroom downstairs for the final 2 rooms) and has good natural light from the window and a skylight.

The ground floor room is similar the first floor room but only shares the bathroom with one other flat mate.

The house has a large shared kitchen (with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer), a living room with a wall-mounted smart TV, and the back garden and a small patio, both of which are perfect for the occasional barbecue or quiet reading session with a coffee (it's a bit of a sun trap in the afternoon!). There are also spaces out front to lock bicycles outside and car parking is available, with a paid permit to the council.

Bills are not included in the rent, but are made up of: energy, council tax (band D), water, broadband, and TV licence. They roughly come to £130 per month (give or take).
