Room for short/medium-term let in Jericho

Room available in a very comfortable and newly renovated flat in Jericho, Oxford.
The room is available from mid May to end of September, though dates are flexible and negotiable.
The room is on the smaller side, but included with the room are:
- A double bed with bedding (duvet, four pillows and two sets of sheets), and towels,
- A work station with two monitors, keyboard and mouse,
- Ample drawer and wardrobe space, hangers and laundry basket (all the clothes in the photo will be removed, and all drawers will be emptied)
The flat has:
- A large living room with TV,
- A large and very well equipped kitchen, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, microwave and many pots, pans, utensils, etc.
- A utility room with washer/drier, iron and ironing board and drying rack
- Two toilet rooms
- One shower/bath room,
- Communal garden
You will be sharing with two males in their thirties (postdoc/professional), both very tidy, respectful and friendly.
Ideally looking for a person over 25, of any gender, who is clean and tidy.
The rent for the room is £711 per month, excluding bills and utilities.
