Hello! I am moving to my own flat and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy (from March 2026 till August 2026) of this lovely spacious room in Jericho.

It is the largest room in a 5 bed house with a private, recently refurbished bathroom (not ensuite). There is plenty of storage space and a communal attic. There is pre-installed wifi router, receiver and TV.

Rent is £950 pcm (£219 pw) with ALL BILLS (council tax, water, energy) included, except for wifi which comes at around £6 per month. The property is managed by NOPS (their office is just across the street), and they are very responsive whenever issues (maintenance or emergencies) arise.

It is very conveniently located in thriving Jericho (easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as Port Meadow). The canal nearby puts you at a short walking distance (it's a lovely walk!) to the train station and City Centre in one direction, and Summertown in the other.
