Spacious light double bedroom in Jericho

I am looking for a friendly person to take over my contract for a double bedroom in Jericho.

The bedroom features a new double bed with a new mattress, a new big wooden desk, an office chair and plenty of shelves. There is space to store belongings under the bed as well as in a built-in cupboard. The room has south-east facing windows so it gets plenty of natural light. The bedroom is located on the ground floor with windows facing onto our private garden (so it is private and quiet).

Our renting company (Lucy Properties) are very responsive and can provide more furniture or swap anything out if it is not to your taste, old or damaged.

The house has a large kitchen with plenty of storage, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. There is also a shared living room with two sofas and more shelves for storage. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is good sound insulation so I don’t hear any movement upstairs. The last bedroom is in the attic/second floor.

I have the most amazing housemates: two are working professionals and one is a student. Our preference would be for a female professional to move-in but we are also open to a student who would be happy to contribute to the council tax. We often socialising in the kitchen and have previously gone to a pub/other events, but also enjoy our private space.

On top of £790 rent, there are bills which are usually between £90-£130 per month:
- £8.13 wifi (Virgin Media, never had any issues with them)
- £15.63 water
- £67.07 council tax
- £17-£47 energy (varies depending on the season)
