Double room in Jericho house share

Hi!

I am sadly leaving my room in Jericho and looking for a replacement.

The room is bright, very spacious, and has lots of storage space. It shares a large bathroom with just one flatmate.

The house has a large living room as well as kitchen/dining area overlooking the backyard. There is also a front yard with a bike rack.

Located in the heart of Jericho, between the Oxford Canal and Walton Street, making it just a short walk away from the neighbourhood's pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, the Jericho Community Centre, and Port Meadow.

You will be sharing the house with three other housemates in their late 20's and early 30's, including two professionals with backgrounds in Physics and Anthropology and one Finance graduate student.

It is a quiet but friendly environment. The housemates are respectful of each other's space but also social and we have occasionally thrown brunches, dinners, and birthday parties together.

We are looking for another young professional or graduate student who is happy to pay council tax.

Rent is £872 and bills are approximately £150 per month.
