Bright, single room in Kidlington

A single room in a three bedroom house. This is a family home, with two children and a friendly dog. The price reflects this situation: we are looking for a friendly and respectful lodger to share our home.

I am flexible, open to short term lets, or lets just for a few days of the week.

Downstairs, you will find a kitchen/diner that looks out onto a large garden. A large living room and a downstairs WC.
Upstairs, there is a shared bathroom (WC, sink, bath/shower). The room is a single, with a desk and plenty of storage space.

All bills are covered, including high speed broadband and council tax.

I have previous experience as a landlord, having taken part in the "Homes for Ukraine" scheme. I am a professional working in HE, working from home most days of the week.
