Light and lovely large double room with furniture.
Very easy access with frequent buses to oxford and Bicester village and also parkway train station to London on our door step.

I am a very friendly tidy and clean single lady with my 11 years old daughter
There is one large shared bathroom and toilet between 3 adults.
I have high speed wifi internet and one off street parking space. The house has cctv and alarm security system and also a very large mature garden with outdoor storage room for your bike.
I also have two small chihuahua dogs. A male and a female.
You can prepare food in the kitchen and use the sink to wash up your dishes and use washing machine once a week free of charge.
I love a chat from time to time and don't mind people sitting with me watching a movie in the sitting room.

I need one month deposit upfront and one month in advance. So it would be £900 in total and i need one month notice in advance if you decide to move out.
