The space is Light and spacious with a King size bed and is so big for a double room that there is a seating area to one side of the room making it easier to relax when not in bed! Large fitted double wardrobes, bedside tables and chest of drawers gives ample storage. Own ensuite bathroom with shower and vanity. Use of own well equipped kitchen which is used by only one other person. The house is in a very quiet sought after location in Old Kidlington and is just a short walk to the bus stop and local shops. This is a spacious well kept house with a lovely garden in the historical part of the village close to large open fields and being a great starting point for lots of lovely walks. We are generally neat and tidy and look forward to meeting like minded tenants who want privacy and to enjoy nice surroundings!
