The room has a single bed, a fold down desk and chair, a large chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. Both windows are dressed with new blackout curtains.

Kings Sutton has a train station, a post office and shop, a co-op, two pubs that serve food, Tea-room and is very close to the neighbouring towns of Banbury and Brackley.

As a keen cook, my home has a large kitchen diner with a range that you are welcome to share. French doors off the kitchen lead to a courtyard garden and outside seating which you can enjoy when the weather is warmer

The room is offered on a Monday-Friday let, however, this could be negotiated should you require occasional weekend use.
