A good-sized double room in a beautiful modern Cotswold stone detached four bedroom new build house in Kingston Bagpuize.

The room has a brand new ottoman double bed, dressing table and chair, chest of draws, built-in wardrobes and a single bedside table and lamp.

You will have exclusive use of the main bathroom which has a bath, shower, bathroom cabinet, of course, toilet, heated towel rail and fresh towels.

Parking is provided and room for a bike in the garage.

The room and bathroom will be cleaned weekly, fresh linen provided and towels.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. I am happy to do all your washing not the ironing :)

Kitchen use for meal preparation and eating in. No hot food in the bedroom.

A computer desk in the spare room for work requirements.

In the summer you can use the garden, including the outdoor hydro spa.

The House is on a small development overlooking a green, its very peaceful with two co-ops, pub, cafe, beauty parlour, one-stop-shop. Millets is 3 minutes drive away.

The location of Kingston Bagpuize means Abingdon is 6.5 miles away, 9 miles to Oxford, 10 miles to Witney and 11 to Wantage. The bus service is fantastic.

Landlady: the house is occupied by myself and my ten-year-old daughter who splits her time between here and her daddies, she is polite and respectful. Has her mothers' awful humour.

You will need to be clean and tidy. I am house proud and if you wear shoes on my cream carpet, I will pull more shapes than an 80's disco queen.

This is a caring house. We are looking for someone who wants to be at home in our home.

All bills included: wifi provided.

Ideally looking for Mon-Friday lodger.

Deposit: held in an independent rental scheme.
