Spacious and Light Double Bedroom for Rent

For rent is a very spacious and light double room in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in the pretty village of Kirtlingtion. The room is furnished and you are welcome to bring whatever else you want in the room.

Water pressure in the shower is really good and always hot; there is a log burner in the living room which always adds to cosy nights. There is space for bike storage.

There is a small but cute garden as well as conservatory/dining room in the house, all living communal spaces are shared with myself, there will be one other and also most importantly Aslan the rabbit who is extremely friendly and roams freely around the house. There is not a specific parking space however there is parking around on the road. Bills are included however the only bill i ask that is contributed, is for a cleaner, so that everyone's lives are made easier.

Kirtlington is a very peaceful and friendly village, there are 2 very nice pubs, a bus service, it is 10 minutes drive to the nearest train station which services London Marylebone and further North and its only takes 20 minutes to get into the centre of Oxford.
