Spacious and Light Double Bedroom for Rent

For rent is a spacious double room in a beautiful house in the pretty village of Kirtlingtion. The room is furnished and you are welcome to bring whatever else you want in the room.

You will basically have exclusive use of the bathroom as i have an ensuite and just use the main bathroom for baths. Water pressure in the shower is really good and always hot; there is a log burner in the living room which always adds to cosy nights. There is space for bike storage. There is a small but cute garden as well as conservatory/dining room in the house. There is not a specific parking space however there is parking around on the road. Bills are included.

All living communal spaces are shared with myself and most importantly Aslan the rabbit who is extremely friendly and roams freely around the house, so if you're not into animals this isn't the house for you. Although there are shared areas in the house, this is not a house share situation. You will be lodging/renting a room in my home as a live in landlord. I am looking for a laid back and friendly professional and someone who does not want to spend all of their time at home. Maybe even a Monday to Friday arrangement.

Kirtlington is a very peaceful and friendly village, there are 2 very nice pubs, a bus service, it is 10 minutes drive to the nearest train station which services London Marylebone and further North and its only takes 20 minutes to get into the centre of Oxford.
