Oxford/Kidlington/Bicester double room to let

I have a lovely, quiet double room to let in Kirtlington (between Bicester and Kidlington). The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, and there are open fields next door. The room faces south and offers beautiful views across the countryside. There is private parking at the front of the house.
The room is clean and fully furnished, with under-counter fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and air-fryer on a recycled pine kitchen surface. The double bed sits below a wide shelf unit, perfect for TV watching. There is a small dining table and chair, a dresser, chest of drawers and a tall wardrobe.... and still enough space for your star jumps! There is shared use of bathroom and downstairs toilet, and kitchen.

All bills are included in the rent price, but if you’d like your weekly washing done, and the room spruced up, we can come to an arrangement.

I have a sweet young Labrador, who will insist on being friends. Meet her first, if you feel unsure, but that friendship is non-negotiable. I spend much of my day now working from home, having taken early retirement from NHS midwifery to provide perinatal psychotherapy.

Kirtlington is just 10-15 minutes away from Bicester Village, Oxford Parkway, A34 and M40. It has a great pub that dishes up great food. There is a mobile fish & chips van and pizzas that visit the village weekly, and a great shop just a couple of minutes away. Although there is a bus service, this room is probably best suited to a car owner.
