Separate annexe in village garden - Wantage

We are listing our garden annexe which is a beautifully styled shepherds hut in a quiet village with field views and sky tv, perfect for a single person staying for local work or leisure.

We are looking for someone Monday to Friday ideally, as we would like to use it at weekends for friends and family but if you need to stay at the weekend this can be discussed. We cannot provide laundry facilities.

It is at the end of our garden so completely private and quiet however we are still working on the surrounding garden area which is reflected in the pricing.

There is a log burner and smart electric heater which is more than enough for winter use. There is a basic kitchen with small plug in hob and small air fryer/oven, nespresso coffee machine and kettle with sink so cooking is possible in small uses.

All bills included unless otherwise stated.

EV charging is available at an extra cost if required. Parking is included with guaranteed driveway spot.

We would expect a potential guest to be quiet and respectful of our space. Please get in touch with any questions.
