The house has been refurbished to a high standard and all rooms and en-suites are brand new! You will have use of a stunning brand new kitchen with two fridge freezers, two sinks and cooking stations, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living! There is also a utility room in the hallway where you will have free use of a washing machine and dryer.

All rooms are brand new and come fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, lounge chair and a desk and chair. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO TRADITIONAL DEPOSIT OPTION (WITH REPOSIT)💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
