Short let for of 1 bed house with parking

This is an ad for a one bed house, it's a short let from the 23rd of April- to the 3rd of June. It includes bills, wifi, free parking, and use of washing machine. Fully furnished.

Rent is only for non smoking, non vaping professionals. Single occupancy only, no couples, children or pets.

This is a quiet one bedroom house in a green and quiet area of Oxford. The house has 2 bedrooms but one of them is locked so I am renting it as a one bed.

I usually reside in this house but I am putting it on rent for a while. You have access to the whole house, tv, wifi, garden, and free parking. There is a bus stop 5 mins by foot with a bus that will take you to the city centre. There is a fully fitted kitchen and washing machine as well.

Bills are included but gas and electricity is limited to 150 pounds per month (heating is included in this). If you spend more than this amount, you will need to pay for whatever extra you consume.

Deposit of 300 pounds will need to be paid in advance (after viewing takes place and rent is agreed). Rent will need to be paid in full prior to tenancy.

As this is my home, I will be looking for someone responsible, quiet, and trustworthy. I will leave the house clean and in good condition, and will expect to find it in the same condition.
