I have a bright, clean double bedroom in my two bed apartment available to let, available soon as the current short term tenant is completing the purchase of his own place.

The room is on the top floor (4th) with a large floor-to-ceiling, south facing window overlooking trees and parkland. There is a new ensuite shower room, built-in wardrobes and shelving storage. All bills are included, along with fast fibre internet.

The flat has an open plan kitchen and living area with a balcony. It is a lovely sunny space with windows on two sides and lots of plants. There is a sofa and TV in the shared lounge with Netflix, Amazon and live TV.

The building is in Littlemore, close to the Oxford Science Park. There is free parking and a secure bike store available. The 3A bus at the end of Armstrong Road goes into Oxford centre. The apartment is close to Sandford Lock for lovely walks along the river Thames.

I am a friendly and down to earth professional who works on Oxford Science Park.

I’m offering a short to medium term let for up to 6 months maximum. Ideal if you are starting a new job, or moving to the area and need time to look for a longer term house or flat. I will also consider Mon-Fri lets.

Pets. Sadly I can’t allow pets during this tenancy.
