Re-advertising! - my current lodger has had to return home meaning the room will be available again.

My apartment overlooks Oxford Science Park, has a balcony (lovely in the summer to sit there and soak up the sun!).

Parking is available (I have a spare permit).

The room is not en-suite, but immediately across from it there’s a bathroom for exclusive use of my lodger.

The room is fully furnished, but the television in the photos belongs to my current lodger, so if you want to watch TV in your room that’s something you’d need to bring. (You’re more than welcome to watch in the living room at your leisure though!)

All bills are included in the rent.

Any lodging arrangement will be subject to a signed formal agreement.

About me -

I work in children’s social care and need to be away at work a lot. It’s really important to me that the person renting a room is someone I can trust implicitly.

I enjoy cooking, watching movies and learning.

As a transgender person, it’s important that the person living in my home is accepting of that.

I don’t have any expectations of age, race, religion, sexuality or gender - so long as you’re a nice person, I’ll be glad to rent my spare room to you.

Room is available from the 9th March.
