Short drive to Witney.

Current occupants are a professional computer programmer and a motor trade professional, looking for an additional house mate. We both enjoy F1, movies/TV-shows, and tech.

Bedroom includes a double wardrobe, shelving unit, TV (if required), double bed, under-floor heating. Ethernet ports for internet connection.

600Mbps fibre broadband.

Bathroom is shared with one other person as one of the other rooms has en-suite.

Space for 2 cars on the drive, but plenty of on/off street parking very close by.

Electric vehicle charging available, this is billed separately based on usage.

Living room has large TV, Sky Sports (reserved when F1 is on!), Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and more, with surround sound (we like to watch movies from time to time).

Gas oven/hob in the kitchen with cupboard/fridge/freezer space. UPDATE: Brand new electric oven with induction hob.

Decent size garden with BBQ (we like to have regular BBQs in the summer).

Longer term (6 months+) preferred.
