This 3 bedroom cottage (one room will remain spare/office) is within easy access of OneStop Shop and Waggon & Horses Pub in the village of Southmoor.
It has good bus services (Oxford-Swindon Route 66); (Witney-Abingdon Route 15).

There is one bedroom currently offering a single bed and side table and chest of drawers. A wardrobe will be supplied if required. You have shared use of the bath and shower room on the first floor as well as shared use of the downstairs living room with log fire, kitchen and garden.

Off road parking is available outside the house in this peaceful rural lane - the track to the house is quite rough but manageable with sensible cars - I. e VW Golf or similar. Or its a 2 minute walk to the bus stop at the top of the lane.

Preference is for a professional person staying 5 nights Monday to Friday night inclusive, however weekends will be considered for a suitable person @£50/month extra. Fair share of bills, negotiable, additional to rent approx. £120/month average.
