Hi all, there is lovely double room available in a semi-detached house, to share with 2 others female professionals.

The house is clean, modern, well-maintained and in a quiet neighbourhood (in a cul-de-sac), with great connections to different parts of Oxford. The house has 1 free parking spot, a small garden with a shed at the back (where you can put your bike) and a spacious shared living room and fully equiped kitchen. There are also a washing machine and a dryer.

Your room is upstairs, spacious and with a large window that allows the light to come into the room. it comes with a shared but spacious bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a shower (shared with only one of the housemate). There is also one smaller extra room that we are currently using for storage / laundry. The house and the room comes fully furnished.

The bills are shared equally between the housemates and usually comes up to around £120/month/tenant that includes council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband.

If needed the room might be available as soon as mid-December.
