New Marston single room for quiet person

Lovely single room for rent in independent attic of quiet house in New Marston. Available from 9 May. You will share the attic with one female flatmate (postdoc researcher), and there is a shared bathroom and a small kitchenette (with fridge, electric hobs, microwave, oven, sink etc.). The room is fully furnished with desk, wardrobe and TV, and plenty of storage space. Shared entrance, stairs and washing machine with live-in landlady and landlord (and one cat) downstairs, but your living space is independent. The rent includes all bills.

The house is in a quiet residential street very close to the university parks, cycle track, river and beautiful countryside walks. It is very convenient for the University science area, and close to the JR hospital, and Oxford Brookes campuses. 5 minutes from a bus route into central Oxford.

As we are occasionally away from Oxford we will give preference to a cat-lover who will be happy to share with other people in feeding and spending time with our affectionate cat Mimi if the need arises.

The room is suitable for a quiet, female postdoc researcher, posgraduate student, or professional. It would be lovely to have some more information about yourself when you respond.
