Double rooms in 3 bed house share, in New Marston right next to the cycle path. Bills aren't included in the price but will be around ~£130 each for everything, including broadband and council tax.

The house has three bedrooms which share two bathrooms (1 shower), a living room and kitchen. The house has a garden, with a sizeable decking and a table, there is an alley down the side of the house which is ideal for bike storage. There is also a front garden which is pebbled, meaning the house is set back from the road.

Both of the available bedrooms are upstairs, they are spacious with a double bed and plenty of room for a desk. The larger room has 2 windows and looks over the front garden, while the slightly smaller room has one large window and looks over the back garden and playing fields to the rear of the house.

The kitchen has ample storage space and fridge/freezer space for three, with an electric hob and oven. As well as a large amount of shelf storage in the entrance hall.

There is a downstairs bathroom with toilet and sink, hosting the washing machine. The upstairs bathroom is large with bath and shower (good water pressure!). A large mirrored storage cabinet and a lit mirror over the sink.

There is parking outside but need to apply for a parking permit. There are 3 parking permits available with the house.

My two current housemates are moving to different areas when the contract ends on May 14th. Looking for working professionals as the council tax (Band C) will be split between three. I work as a cyber security analyst and work from home 2/3 days a week. I am generally pretty quiet around the house but enjoy a drink at the pub from time to time 🙂
