- 9-minute cycle / 30-minute walk to Oxford City Centre (thanks to the Marston Cycle Path)
- 10 minutes walk to university parks

- In theory, 4 postgraduate students at Oxford University (3 female, 1 male).
- In practice, most of us won’t be here over the summer and are subletting, so in case you want to sublet together as a friend group (up to 4), this is possible!
