Room measures 2.4m wide x 2.85m up to the wardrobe.

There is plenty of storage space in the house, so not everything has to be confined to the room.

Nice house, big kitchen and dining space. Off road parking for one car. Decent sized garden with big patio and pond.

Located in Middle Barton a nice village with a shop/post office. 2 pubs and a sport and social club. Good location, pretty central between Banbury, Bicester, Oxford and Chipping Norton.

Located very close to Alpine F1 and Soho Farmhouse. About 5-10 minute drive to either.

The room is part furnished with a bed and the built in wardrobe. If you would need anything additional I am happy to discuss this.

There’s two bathrooms in the house both with showers, one upstairs, one down. Can share bathrooms or happy to discuss having a bathroom each.

Otherwise it’s only me in the house and I work away pretty regularly, especially in the summer.

Decent internet 500mbps download and upload.

I would prefer sole use of the living room as it’s my space to unwind. Again, happy to discuss
