The house is in the hamlet of Milton Heights just 3 miles from Didcot, 4 miles from Abingdon, under 1 mile from Milton Park and under 2 miles from Harwell Science Park (including Rutherford and Diamond Light)

The room is a large double room which is over the front of the house.
It is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, open cupboard and desk.

- House has WiFi, dishwasher, large kitchen, lounge and a separate dining room, as well as parking available for your car at the back of the house, big enough for 2 cars or on the road in front of the house.

There is currently myself and 1 tenant in the house.

Local Area: Didcot is just over 3 miles away, with the mainline train station (on the Bristol/Reading/London line and also Oxford), shops, supermarket and local churches. Both Didcot and Abingdon are about 5-10 mins drive away. There is a bus stop at the end of the hamlet with buses that direct to Didcot (and train station), Abingdon, Harwell, Milton Park and Oxford

I am just under mile away from the large business park of Milton Park and 2 miles from Harwell, Rutherford and Diamond. Both can be walked or cycled easily. The house is close to the countryside and only a couple of minutes from the A34 making it easy to go either north/south to Oxford or Newbury/M4

I am quite an easy going, relaxed person and enjoy spending time with family and friends, who are mostly scattered locally and around the country; though I enjoy time at home as well, curled up with a good book, walking locally or chilling out.

I am a Careers Consultant and commute into Oxford to work at City of Oxford College supporting everyone from teenagers to adults with their varied career choices.

I moved down to south Oxfordshire over 12 years ago.
