Hello, we have a lovely single room available in our shared house.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and bookcase. The room is available now, so we are looking for someone who would be able to move in pretty soon.
The current housemates are all professional who enjoy reading, arts and crafts and cooking. We're looking for a tidy and friendly roommate that will fit nicely into the house. So please tell us a little bit about yourself in your message.
The house is in a great location. It is a 15-20minute walk into the centre of Oxford, and right next to Hinksey Park.
Closest bus stop is Newton Road or Whitehouse road.
Council Tax and WiFi are included in the rent price.
The remaining bills are Water and Gas & Electricity (plus a yearly TV Licence). It works out about £35 extra per month. It really is a great price for Oxford!
