Hi, I am leaving my room so we're looking for someone new.
The room is a double, with decent amounts of space. It's on the second and last floor of the house.
The house is well connected to the city centre by bus or bike. One parking space is available.
We like having some socialisation, occasionally going out together or having dinner together, chatting while we cook, watching a movie together, etc. but also having our own space. The housemates who are staying enjoy, among other things: art, painting, music, volleyball, climbing, trekking, nature.
Bills and council tax are not included in the rent, they are about £60 to £100 depending on the season.
