Two Double Rooms & Single in Lovely House

Available beginning September!

We currently have two double rooms & a single available in our lovely shared house in North Hinksey (post-code OX2 0LJ).

There is no preference about gender/occupation/age; but basically looking for someone fun, respectful, and independent!

I’m the current housemate who’s staying on, I work as a florist just outside of oxford. I usually have a fair amount of things going on, but also know how to enjoy a good chill/dinner/pub trip/party.

The first double is a really attractive room on the ground floor.

The second double is also on the first floor and near identical, but with bay windows and a view of the front garden.

The single room is also on the first floor and at the front of the house.

Our house is not far from the rail station / city centre - there's a pleasant and quick 15 minute short-cut cycle via Osney Mead to get into town, or you can cycle/walk/bus/drive along Botley road. It is a 3 minute walk to a U1 bus stop that regularly goes through town and up to Brookes and near the hospitals.

The house has a large open plan living room and dining area, a modern well equipped kitchen (washer-drier, dishwasher) garage for bike storage, garden...

There would be 4 people total in the house (including you!)
