Cosy single room in large North Hinskey house

Hello!

We are a gay professional couple with a Tricolour Collie called Meg! Tom is a classical musician, and Paull is a writer.

We have a cosy single room available, 30 minutes' walk from City Center and Railway station. The house is in North Hinksey, with easy access to the ring road and off-street parking available. There is plenty of open countryside on our doorstep for walks, and The Fishes gastro pub is a stone's throw away.

The new Westway is conveniently located, with a Co-op, and Waitrose and Aldi on the Botley Road are also very easy to get to. There is a weekend Farmer's Market on Saturdays at the Westway.

Our house is a beautifully appointed, 1930's period property, recently refurbished and double glazed throughout. The large modern kitchen has a big dining table, and there is a washing machine and separate freezer in the utility room. We are connected to gas mains, which makes cooking fun and enjoyable. There is also an excellent DeLonghi espresso coffee machine!

The bathroom is shared. The shower has strong water pressure, and our combi-boiler means that we never run out of hot water.

We both work from home, so are ideally looking for someone who will work away from the house.

The room has a new bed with a wardrobe. All other furniture would need to be provided by the renter.

We would ideally like to have someone by the 1st April or soon after.

The rent is £855 including all bills.
