Two Double Rooms in our Lovely House!

We currently have two double rooms available in our lovely shared house in North Hinksey (post-code OX2 0LJ).

We have no preference about gender/occupation/age; we're basically looking for someone fun, respectful, and independent!

We are two young professionals from the UK and Latvia. We usually have a fair amount of things going on, but also know how to enjoy a good chill/dinner/pub trip/party.

The double is a really attractive big room on the first floor with an amazing view of the back garden and Oxford City spires.

The second double is also on the first floor and near identical, but with bay windows and a view of the front garden.

Our house is not far from the rail station / city centre - there's a pleasant and quick 15 minute short-cut cycle via Osney Mead to get into town, or you can cycle/walk/bus/drive along Botley road. It is a 3 minute walk to a U1 bus stop that regularly goes through town and up to Brookes and near the hospitals.

The rent includes everything (rent, council tax, gas + elec, water, Wi-Fi, TV) We also have multiple car parking on the drive if you have a car.

The house has a large open plan living room and dining area, a modern well equipped kitchen (washer-drier, dishwasher) garage for bike storage, garden...

There would be 4 people total in the house (including you!)
