House share!!
I have bought a house just outside Oxford in the village of North Leigh and need a housemate (you would have a double bedroom and shared bathroom as well as use of the rest of the house).
The house has a large sitting room and kitchen and garden at the back and parking for three cars.
North Leigh is a pretty village near Witney (2.5 miles to Witney). To get to Oxford via public transport there is a bus (8 mins) to a train (10mins), or a bus into Oxford from Witney. There is a bus from North Leigh to Witney and cycle paths from NL to Witney and to Hanborough station.
£700 monthly (incl bills)- with the assurance that this will not rise (given the changeable/rising costs at the moment).
