Details about the accommodation
• The rooms are furnished, including en-suite bathrooms, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe with ample storage space. Some rooms have access to a balcony.
• All bills inclusive of the price of the room.
• The building is both fire alarmed and covered by CCTV that operates 24/7 making the halls a secure place for residence.
• The student must be over 16 years old to stay at the residence.
• All rooms have access to their own cupboards and fridge freezers in the communal kitchens.
• The kitchens have ovens, microwaves, kettles and toasters which are also available for the tenants use on each floor. *Students are required to bring their own cutlery, plates and pans.
• All kitchens have laundry facilities (Washing Machine and Dryer) without any additional cost.
• Secure bicycle sheds.
• Communal garden with a BBQ.
• Students are required to bring their own linen, however the student can buy welcome packages from us, please find the information sheet for this attached.
