We are a household looking for someone to take a beautiful spare room in our peaceful house in East Oxford.

The Room
A furnished double, ground floor room with large double glazed windows, - south facing so it gets lots of sun in the afternoon.

The House:
Shared cosy living room, large modern kitchen (newly refurbished) with breakfast table, dishwasher, plenty of fridge space, two bathrooms. Also

• Garden with veggie patch
• Summer house (with power)
• Shed for tools and bike storage
• Fast Broadband

Sharers
Four friendly professionals generally working during the day. We are into yoga / meditation / spirituality and conscious living.

We are looking to share with a like-minded person who likes to live healthily, positively and (potentially) spiritually. We recycle and compost and keep the place clean and tidy.

The house and garden are vegetarian/vegan and smoke free, and there is no TV.

It's a lovely place where you can relax, study, work, practise yoga, meditate.

Included in the monthly rent: water, council tax, broadband, gas and electricity.
