En-suite double room available in 3 bed house, sharing with one male housemate, and occasionally with the landlady, available 1st April 2024. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table and is available for single occupation (£800 pcm incl. all bills). There is an en-suite with shower and washbasin in addition to the family bathroom. A third single bedroom is available for occasional visitors.

The house is excellently situated for the Science Park and BMW (walking distance), the business park and close to the Headington hospitals and the Thornhill park and ride for the London/airport coaches. The house is on a direct bus route into the city centre (12), and 5 mins walk from the frequent and late running 1 and 5 bus routes. Alternatively it is a 20 min cycle ride into the centre of Oxford.

The is plenty of room for off road parking on the driveway, a garage with room for bikes etc., a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, double oven, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. There is a sunny garden at the back and a very large living/dining room and a large modern family bathroom.

All bills (utilities, broadband, TV license, council tax) are included in the rent. References (from employer/university confirming status) required. Pets considered on application, no agency or application fees applicable. A month's deposit is payable.
