The area is beautiful and safe, hardly ever you can hear any noise, super convenient location, if you have a car you can park in street for free.

I am easy going person very committed with my work so most of the time you wont see me, I'm very tidy/clean person so I would need a person which shares the same view/mind set.

The people livening here basically are all very professional and committed with work/study/research we all need to study some how during the week due the type of work which we do, but we are social as well and time to time we have great chats in the kitchen

Internet: Yes! we have good one (300mbps), I am a Software Engineer I would not live without it ! =)
