I have a bright, spacious, comfortable room overlooking the garden to let in my home. Suitable for a non-smoking professional or graduate student. Females only please; no couples.

I'm looking for a considerate, friendly and independent housemate. You'd be welcome to use the garden and share the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Aside the kitchen fridge freezer, you also have your own small fridge in your room. I can provide bedding if needed.

This house is ideal for cat lovers as I have two beautiful felines. We are located in the quiet, leafy area of Florence Park, 5 mins walk from the Cowley shopping centre, and a 15 mins bus ride into town. There's a really lovely pub that serves good food across the road, and a friendly cafe in the park. The charming Iffley Village and the river Thames are only 10 mins walk away. There is off-street parking, WiFi, and all bills are included.

References are required, and half the deposit is payable as a holding fee to reserve the room.
