South facing double available in social house

Hello!

One of our housemates is moving in with his partner, so we're looking for a new housemate to join us in our home! Looking for another guy to keep the 50/50 split. The room is a double room and comes with a bed and lots of wardrobe space.

The house has an open-plan lounge area, large kitchen, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet as well as a patio garden. It is located in a nice, quiet residential area just off Iffley Road (on street permit parking is available). Bikes can be locked to rails in the front garden or brought through the house into the back garden.

To share with three young professional housemates who enjoy the all the normal activities eg. exploring Oxford, trips to the pub and general hanging out.

We like a relaxed home, enjoy spending time together but do have our own busy schedules! We would like to meet housemates who share our interests, enjoys a catch up in the evening and the occasional sociable drink, as well as helps keep the house pretty clean.

The house is easy walking to the city centre as well as just a few minutes walk from Cowley Road, and a lovely nature reserve. No couples, PhD students are considered, but would be expected to pay council tax.


When signing on, you'd be taken over the tenancy from the tenant moving out from the 01st August which runs until the end of September. We would then resign a contract for 12 months on the 1st of October. Bills currently come to around £110 and are sorted out by us.
