Single room available on first floor of house. We are a friendly and laid-back house who all get on well and are looking for a new housemate. The house is owned and maintained by a private landlord who is very good if there are any problems and anything needs fixing, We also have a nice garden at the rear for BBQ's etc in good weather. the house is on a quiet street but not too far from the city centre, Cowley road, and also local parks and the river. Council tax is included but not the monthly utility bills etc which are about £85 per month. Parking is possible as none of us currently have a car but would have to get a permit as it is a controlled zone.
