Single occupancy rent available with access to two private rooms due to being smaller than others within the house. Large kitchen and social area with garden and drive with the capacity of 4 small cars. Friendly occupants looking for someone that's a similar age and preferably a student. Current occupants are based in Wheatley Campus and have jobs within Oxford so will be travelling in cars to these. House is located directly outside a U5 bus stop so ideal for Brookes students. The bedroom can have a double bed at not extra cost, just needs to be confirmed before hand. There are two toilets/ bathrooms but only 1 is photoed!
