The room available is a bright double bedroom at the back of the property facing the garden. The room is semi-furnished; it comes with a chest of drawers, a large clothes rail with storage above and 5 long shelves.

The current tenant has used their own small double, and the new tenant could either bring their own bed or the landlord can provide a single for the duration of the tenancy.

Positioned in a friendly street, less that 5 minutes walk from the Coop and less than 5 minutes from the No 3 bus route on the Iffley Road. 6 minute cycle to City Centre.

Who we are:
Kate: 24yr old Oxford grad now professional working in the charity sector in Oxford. She enjoys swimming, cycling and cooking
Emily: 37yr old teacher in central Oxford who enjoys arts and culture, running, cycling and being outdoors.

We are hoping to to find a professional female who wants a home to share with like-minded people, who enjoys quiet nights in, going to the cinema (and when it's possible) pub trips. Whilst we do not have big house parties, we love hosting friends for dinner and cooking together.

We have a really good relationship with the landlords with whom we deal directly. They are replacing the carpet in the bathroom with lino on our request.

Bills are approx £115/month each at present in addition to the rent. This includes ultrafast virgin fibre broadband (perfect for all those films and online meetings!)
