House in Central Oxford for Short Term Rental

I’m subletting my beautiful room in a two-person shared house while I’m away, from January 2026. The other housemate is a lovely woman currently studying at Oxford, and would prefer a female tenant.

The house includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, backyard, and a spacious bedroom.

The price is £830 per month, inclusive of all bills (utilities, internet, council tax, etc.).

The location is ideal – centrally located in Oxford, just a 4-minute walk to the train station, and situated on a quiet street in a lovely neighbourhood.

Note: If interested, please provide some information about yourself so we can assess whether you'd be a good fit for the space and the current housemate. We’re especially looking for someone clean, respectful, and ideally with a similar routine to the existing tenant (a postgraduate student).

The room is fully furnished, and the house is well-equipped with a washing machine, WiFi, and everything you need to feel at home. It’s a peaceful environment, ideal for studying or remote work.
