End of terrace house with an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower, and downstairs WC with shower. It is a friendly neighbourhood and usually quiet. The house is very near to the bus stop on the Abingdon Road that takes you into Oxford centre in 5 to 10 minutes.

I am Jane, the vicar of the church next door to my house , St Luke's Church , a friendly locally focused C of E church and community centre. I also work part time as a chaplain at a care home. I am 58 years old. I have one lodger . I have a black cat named Bilbo who came to us as a stray. She is friendly, quirky and a little timid. I keep her downstairs at night.
I am an artist and enjoy painting portraits and landscapes.. I enjoy the odd netflix film, walking and cycling..
I have two grown up children both of whom are at university.
I am looking for a female lodger who will be relatively self contained but also who feels free to be part of the household. I need a term time lodger only , as my daughter will come home during the holidays . Some flexibility around weekends would also be appreciated .I would not be charging rent for the student vacations when you are not here (excluding weekends away or half term absences .) No couples please.

The bedroom is a large room, with storage for clothes in a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has a large bookcase. It also looks out over the back garden.
