Single room ,close to train station

Hello all, I am Javier I am moving out of my nice shared house to move with my partner.

The available room is a street-facing single with decent storage a comfortable desk and a chair. And plenty of storage in form of s closet and a chest of drawers. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Very close to the train station and to Jericho and the city centre, and the Westgate and port Meadow. several super markets are 1) mim away it's really good if you need the train for commuting, or if working in the city centre. But also is very quiet and and does not get noisy during the evenings.

The house as a living room as well as as small garden, which is perfect for BBQ.
My current flatmates are 3 friendly professional lads always up for a chat, prior to lockdown we used to go out as a house every now and then. They are relaxed and we occasionally watch movies together
