Roomy single in central Oxford houseshare

Hello!

We have a lovely bright and spacious single room available in our houseshare on the Abingdon Road. The house is over three floors and the room is on the top floor with a view over a big field to the river.

The single room is at the front of the house and is £455/m. It's very spacious for a single and has a really cool dramatic window with exposed beams.

For bills we pay roughly £68/month on internet/council tax/TV/gas, £45/quarter electric, and £100/year on water each. Our lease renews annually in September and we are looking for someone to commit to stay until September 2021.

The house has a big kitchen/living area, a paved garden (great for bike storage), and three bathrooms all with showers. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, and plenty of room to dry clothes. We're only ten minutes walk away from the centre of town, Christ Church meadow, and a Tesco, and fifteen/twenty minutes walk from the Westgate and train station. There are plenty of bus routes nearby as well.

The current housemates are all professionals working in fundraising, graphic design, and accounting. We are all working from home at the moment due to the pandemic. We're a friendly bunch who respect each others space, though you'll usually bump into people in the kitchen in the evenings. Students are welcome to apply, but would be required to pay a share of the council tax.
