Double room in a friendly 6-room Oxford houseshare

Hello everyone! I am sadly leaving this wonderful houseshare full of wonderful people, that I could not recommend more. The house is right by Folly bridge, walking distance to the city centre, and comprises of a living room with a projector and speakers for movie nights, a large kitchen with good freezer and fridge space allocated for each person as well as decent cupboard space, a spare room, two bathrooms, and a garden with a barbeque. The house is a mix of young professionals and post-grads who are very friendly and social, and we regularly organise group dinners using a cooking rota. We also have a friendly, exceptionally well-behaved border collie puppy called Loki who is 6 months old, so future housemates would need to be comfortable with dogs but also considerate with keeping shared areas clean to prevent Loki from eating something unfavourable.
The room is £450 per month (the same for the deposit) with utilities averaging around £100 per month, and is available to move into from 10/11th July. We are ideally looking for someone long term.
