THE PROPERTY 🏡
The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. You'll have full use of a co-living kitchen/ lounge including a cooker, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, plenty of cupboard space, and microwave. There is also a massive sofa where you can enjoy the TV and socialize with your housemates
There are two shared bathrooms and a separate W/C. All crockery and cooking equipment is provided and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. On-street parking is not available at the property as the neighbourhood has tight streets. You will also have use of a back garden where there is a nice wooden table. There will be bike storage for up to 5 bikes.

THE ROOM 🛌
The double room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair, and chest of drawers. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimizing the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
