Single room near station, own bathroom

We are looking for a flatmate for a lovely single room in our 3-bed calm and friendly flat in central Oxford (the location is super - only a 3 min walk to the station and a 10 min walk to Carfax).

Would suit a post-doc, young professional or grad student (if willing to share the council tax) who likes a quiet space, to take our spare single room. I am now living elsewhere, so you will be sharing with only one flatmate except on occasional visits. We are both professionals working for the University. We are not really into crazy parties, although we do enjoy a glass of wine together!

The single room is spacious enough, gets lots of light and has plenty of storage (there are also cupboards in the hall for suitcases etc.) The bathroom is off the hall. The other flatmate has his own en-suite, so you would normally have the bathroom to yourself.

The kitchen is the only communal space, but is fine for two people.

There is also a pleasant shared garden for the complex and covered bike storage.
