Large, sunny double bedroom near South Park

Large, double bedroom at the top of East Avenue available in a peaceful, creative house, shared with me (Tom, the owner) and for two nights a week, my friend Isaac (who lives in London but has a job in Oxford in renewable energy so will be staying in the spare room on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

The room is the main, front, downstairs room and is double-glazed and fully furnished. It has a new, high-quality mattress on a muji bed, 2 cupboards, a hanging rail, radiator, desk, bedside table, 2 small lamps and venetian blinds.

I moved in just over two years ago and have upgraded the kitchen with new work surfaces and a big, Belfast sink. There is a main over and a smaller, combi oven/microwave. You will have your own fridge and there is a separate freezer. There is also a washer/drier. I can either supply cutlery/plates/pans/utensils or you can bring your own. There will be plenty of kitchen space for your food etc.

The garden is small but very pleasant with a brick patio, chairs and a table. There is a shared living/dining room in the middle of the house. The house is clean, quiet and warm.

All bills will be included but if you are working from home there will be an extra £30 a month to cover heating between October and April.

I am an Art teacher and Artist and enjoy cycling, galleries, weekend trips away and spending time with friends and family - ideally all accompanied with good food and drink! A lot of my family live in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. I am coming to the end of a Masters in Fine Art that I have been studying part-time and between this and school results in not being in the house a huge amount.
