The room available is a beautiful, double bedroom, upstairs, with a 1 year old, king size double bed. It has an extra large, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, 1 year old desk and bedside table.

This is a 12 year old house which also has a garage conversion into a study/4th bedroom.

It is a relaxing home that I (doctor) live in (part time) with 1 lodger who is a 29 yr old male, working professional.

The house was redecorated one year ago. There is a lovely, big, bright shared lounge, furnished with one year old sofas, large TV and patio doors which open out into the private garden.

There is a separate dining room and kitchen, which also has access to the garden.

Other facilities include a separate bathroom upstairs (shared with myself, currently only there part time), downstairs WC and dishwasher. There is a large fridge and separate large freezer, washing machine, separate dryer and garden rotary dryer, all new last year.

Off street parking for 2 cars plus on street parking on a quiet street with quiet neighbours.

Perfectly located 3-4 minutes drive from Heyford Hill Sainsbury's superstore and to the Science park; 5 minutes drive to Cowley centre; 10 minutes to town and Headington hospitals (JR, Churchill/NOC). Excellent bus routes.

I would like to have a professional, respectful, easy going and like minded single person (male or female), who has a shared interest in looking after this lovely new home. Non-smokers only and no pets.
