I am looking for a professional or mature student to join us in our friendly, non-smoking house share. The current housemates are all professionals between the ages of 25 and 30. Everyone is considerate of each other and the house, we like to keep the place clean and have a cleaning rota so everyone does their fair share :) We're also happy to go out and socialise or just hang out at home, we have a nice big recently renovated kitchen with all mod cons (inc dishwasher and tumble drier), dining room and separate lounge with 2 large sofas and a 42" TV!

£850 per month rent inclusive of all bills and council tax
£850 advance rent deposit

Room 2:
£850 per month rent inclusive of all bills and council tax
